“I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Charity Ball Board since 1987 and for being so involved with The Rose Ball,” said Joyce Parks. “I was Chairman of the Ball in 1997 and worked that year and many more with such wonderful and talented people. I am so proud of the contributions we have made to the community for so many worthwhile and deserving causes.”
