Charleston’s East Bay Deli coming soon to Main St.

COLUMBIA, SC – Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading real estate services firm, announced the recent lease transaction bringing East Bay Deli to Columbia. Mike Edwards of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler represented the tenant in the lease of 4,100 square feet at 1426 Main Street. Jennifer Burgess, Director

First opened in 2001, East Bay Deli has 5 locations in the Charleston area and 2 franchise locations in Florence and North Myrtle Beach. The Columbia location will be offering breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as beer and wine. Online ordering, delivery and catering will be available as well.
