Charleston County Bar Association announces new officers

Members of the Charleston County Bar Association have elected Elizabeth Scott Moïse, a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, as president for 2017-2018. Other officers elected are A. Peter Shahid Jr., Shahid Law Office, LLC, president-elect; and Deborah J. Gammons, Distinguished Visiting Professor and Director of the Office of Diversity, Charleston School of Law, secretary/treasurer. Brian C. Duffy, Duffy & Young, LLC, is immediate past president.

Executive Committee members elected for 2017-2018 are:
