February 23, 2022

The Charleston Metro Chamber has announced the launch of a new Leadership program, Charleston Insight, presented by JP Morgan. This twelve-week program invites senior-level executives and business owners who are new to Charleston or new to their position, along with their spouse or partner, to apply for this intensive and up-close look at the most challenging issues and opportunities facing our community.

“We are thrilled to offer a program that we believe will be extremely impactful to executives in our region,” said Adrian Cain, Senior Vice President of Leadership and Community Development for the Charleston Metro Chamber. “Charleston Insight will give participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in our community and network with fellow leaders that share their strong purpose for making a deeper impact in our region.”

Charleston Insight will deliver six thematic sessions over 12 weeks, including two dinners with unique and engaging guest speakers. The sessions will introduce the participants to the Charleston region, expose them to the Chamber’s key initiatives and feature high-level speakers that are the decision makers in their respective industries.

Session topics for this program include:

  • Historical Perspective and Local Government
  • Infrastructure & Economic Development
  • A Military and Defense Community
  • Education, Workforce and Talent Development
  • Regional Healthcare Landscape
  • Non-Profit and Community Impact

Charleston Insight’s tuition is $2,000 per couple and is limited to 15 couples. Applications are open for the inaugural Charleston Insight class and will close Friday, April 1.
