Southern First Bancshares, Inc., holding company for Southern First Bank, announced the selection of Elizabeth Burwell as 2025 Board Chair for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.

Burwell joined Southern First as Team Leader and Senior Vice President in 2023 with over two decades of experience in financial services in the Lowcountry.
