Charleston Metro Chamber seeks companies to participate in wage and benefits survey

September 25, 2015

CHARLESTON, SC – The Center for Business Research (CBR), a department of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, is conducting a bi-annual Wage and Benefits survey and is seeking participation from regional businesses.

The study will provide businesses who participate with an overview of common wage and benefit practices in the region. Data is collected in three major categories: Benefit Plans and Benchmarks, Compensation Practices and Workforce Challenges.

“The bi-annual survey, conducted since 1997, provides companies with a great tool for evaluating if their benefits and compensation practices align with others,” said Mary Graham, Chief Advancement Officer for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. “The results can assist in both recruiting and retaining employees.”

The survey can be completed online at charlestonchamber.net/2015wage&benefits. All participants who complete the survey will receive a free copy of the results.
