Lee & Associates Charleston’s Reid Davis, CCIM, SIOR, Pete Harper, CCIM, and Cameron Yost represented the Landlord, Faber Charleston Limited Partnership in leasing 10,537 SF of Office space located at 3955 Faber Place Drive in North Charleston, SC. Suite 104 with 3,706 SF was leased to tenant, HawkLaw who were represented by Joseph Tecklenburg of CC&T Real Estate and Suite 301 with 6,831 SF was leased to The State of South Carolina.
Acquired by Faber Charleston Limited Partnership in 2015, 3955 Faber Place Drive underwent a wide-spread renovation, which included extensive exterior and interior improvements to modernize the space. New features include updated HVAC and roof, and significant lobby improvements including all new common area furniture. The remaining spaces include:
- Suite 100 – 7,139 SF at $27.00/SF, Full Service
- Suite 101 – 2,522 SF at $28.00/SF, Full Service
- Suite 201 – 3,567 SF at $28.00/SF, Full Service
