Charleston Real Estate expert joins the William Means team

November 15, 2022

Katie Wishneff, an agent that ranks among the top 2% of Charleston REALTORS®, has joined William Means Real Estate, one of the oldest real estate companies in the area and an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate.

“I always knew I wanted to follow in my grandfather’s footsteps as a REALTOR®,” said Wishneff. “The home buying and selling process can be stressful, and I do everything I can to make it enjoyable while working hard to get the best terms and outcome. My clients feel very comfortable with me and that makes my job that much more rewarding.”

Wishneff earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Radford University in Virginia and served as Vice President of the Honors Society. Before becoming an agent, she worked in the fast paced, upscale environment of healthcare marketing and software sales where she represented Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies around the globe.

“Katie’s background in sales and strategic negotiation makes her uniquely equipped to serve William Means clients with what they need most when finding their next Charleston home.”  said Lyles Geer, President and Broker-in-Charge of William Means Real Estate. “We could not be more thrilled to have Katie join our team and share her local expertise and market knowledge with our clients.”

Wishneff resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband and two sons. She can be contacted at (843) 870-8784 or [email protected].
