2 cups cubed chicken, cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup frozen peas (or other veggies)
Dash salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Mix chicken, 1 cup of cheese, soup, milk, and peas.  Toss with spaghetti.
