COLUMBIA, SC – April 7, 2008 – Chernoff Newman, a full-service advertising, public relations and marketing communications firm, announces the addition of a new employee to its Columbia office.

A contract employee with Chernoff Newman for more than seven months, Saundra Barrett joins the Chernoff team as an interactive designer. A 2007 graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va, Barrett received her B.S. degree in Media Arts and Design with a concentration in interactive multimedia. Prior to her employment with Chernoff Newman, Barrett worked as a freelance web designer and manager for Smith Mountain Lake Real Estate, Nancy C. Stellhorn gallery and Martha Rhodes gallery. At Chernoff Newman, Barrett hopes to continue to excel in her field and use her experience to reach the interactive goals of both her clients and the company.
