Cherry and McWilliams Named to List of Top 250 Women in Litigation

CHARLESTON, SC – July 25, 2012 –  Nexsen Pruet attorneys Molly Hughes Cherry and Susi McWilliams have been named as two of the Top 250 Women in Litigation by legal publishers Benchmark Litigation.

She is an active member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, having served in numerous committee positions, and is on the board of directors of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association.

McWilliams, a Member (partner) in the firm’s Columbia office, is a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and is also a Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the South Carolina Supreme Court. She is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Defense Research Institute and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
