Cherry Bekaert’s Greenville practice relocates to new office building to support growth

The Greenville practice of Cherry Bekaert LLP, one of the nation’s top public accounting firms, is moving to the newly constructed 110 East Court Street in Greenville. Having grown considerably over the past few years, the local practice needed more space to better serve its clients. The new work environment will allow for greater collaboration among associates, a move which also supports the firm’s continued growth.
“We’ve spent a few years exploring options for office space that would fit our current needs while providing the capacity for future growth,” says Mark Cooter, managing partner of the firm’s Upstate practice. “The location is key, and we’re excited to be a part of this building which has changed the city’s skyline.”
Cherry Bekaert will be among the first tenants of 110 East Court Street, a LEED Silver Certified Class A office building in the new North of Broad district. The Firm’s space celebrates downtown Greenville, taking advantage of the natural views and incorporating local artwork.
The new Cherry Bekaert space is about the human experience, craftsmanship, and the power of performance. Open spaces with natural light, exterior exposure and a café will allow employees to customize their work environment in the technology-laden building.

Cherry Bekaert will occupy approximately 14,500 square feet of office space within the 137,000 square foot building.
