Chesterfield LLC has officially closed on the acquisition of a prime industrial site in Richland County, paving the way for the development of the Carolina Pines International Commerce Center. This milestone marks the beginning of a transformative project that will bring high-quality speculative warehouse and distribution space, as well as build-to-suit opportunities, to the Midlands.

NAI Columbia’s industrial leasing team, John Gregory, Bill Lamar, and Grice Hunt, will lead the leasing efforts for the Carolina Pines International Commerce Center, strategically located off I-77, Farrow Road, and Carolina Pines Drive. This state-of-the-art development will support the region’s growing industrial sector by providing modern infrastructure for logistics, manufacturing, and distribution, further bolstering momentum from major projects like Scout Motors.
