Chloe Heiligenstein transitions to Brokerage Associate at Colliers

Colliers | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Chloe Heiligenstein has transitioned to Brokerage Associate on the industrial brokerage team in its Charleston office.
“We are very excited to have Chloe transition from Brokerage Intern to Brokerage Associate,” said Jim Garrett, MCR, Market President for the Colliers | South Carolina Charleston office. “During her internship, Chloe made a name for herself both inside Colliers across the U.S. and within the Charleston commercial real estate network. She will be instrumental in developing new listings and identifying tenant opportunities throughout the Lowcountry.”
Heiligenstein received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and serves on the communications committee. She is involved in the Council of Supply Chain Management (CSCMP), serving on the young professionals committee, and is also involved with the SIOR Foundation. Within Colliers, she is involved in the U.S. Emerging Leaders Group as well as the Employee Resource Group for women.
