Chocolate Artworks Celebrates Three-Year Milestone in Mauldin
June 15, 2026Local sweet shop Chocolate Artworks officially marked its third anniversary of operation on Saturday, June 13, celebrating three years of growth, community connection, and handcrafted confections.
To thank residents for their ongoing patronage, the family-owned chocolate boutique, located at 105 Miller Road, opened its doors with a shop-wide 15% discount on all items throughout the celebratory day.
The three-year milestone caps off a highly successful season for the business, which was recently named the 2026 Business of the Year by the Rotary Club of Mauldin. Owned and operated by former early childhood educator Peggy Burke, the shop has quickly evolved from a local passion project into a beloved community staple since first holding its grand opening ribbon cutting in June 2023.
The shop’s physical location features a unique, whimsical black-and-white 2D interior design that mimics the illusion of stepping inside a hand-drawn coloring book. Over the last three years, that space has transitioned into a neighborhood hub. Beyond crafting specialty truffles, pecan turtle pretzels, and highly sought-after signature Dubai pistachio chocolate bars, the storefront regularly hosts specialized youth programming.
