Chrysalis Orofacial expanding to new location in Greenville

Starting in January 2021, Chrysalis Orofacial, a leading regional myofunctional therapy health clinic and professional training organization, is expanding to its new location at 302-A Ashby Park Lane in Greenville, SC.

“In 2020, we saw an overwhelming need in our area for myofunctional therapy to help with issues related to speech, feeding, sleep apnea, and tongue posture to name a few. We are excited to move into our new facility that will allow us to expand operations to help more families in the region,” said Autumn Henning, Owner.

This year, patients from all over South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Virginia have visited them to receive services. Currently they are one of two facilities in South Carolina that have a Certified Orofacial Myologist on staff as recognized by the International Association of Orofacial Myology.

In addition to treating patients, Chrysalis Orofacial provides professional training nationwide to doctors, dentists, orthodontists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and lactation consultants to learn about how to provide effective care for patients with myofunctional disorders and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team. To date, they have trained more than 1,000 practitioners in 15 states.
