City Center Partnership announces re-election of officers and new board members for 2017
November 30, 2016City Center Partnership announced it has re-elected the following officers for a second one-year term:
- Tripp Whitener of South State Bank – Chairman
- Lee Mashburn of Mashburn Construction – Vice Chairman
- Donald R. Tomlin of Tomlin and Company – Secretary
- Lauren Smith of Holder Properties – Treasurer

The CCP Board also appointed new members to the Board of Directors. New board members include H. Freeman Belser of Belser & Belser, P.A. and Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers International.
These two individuals will join the 33-member board in overseeing the organization’s mission — to focus on filling vacancies in commercial properties, retaining existing downtown businesses and recruiting new ones, expanding the downtown residential base, and creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment in the Main Street District.
