City Center Partnership Recap of 2021 from Matt Kennell, president and CEO of City Center Partnership:

City Center Partnership is grateful for long-term support and revitalization of the Main Street District. We have had hundreds of millions of new private developments, new infrastructure including street-scape and parking. There has been incredible residential development, which include three major projects under construction right now that will almost double the number of residents downtown. We have new office towers and new hotels with more to come. We are excited about our new merchants and restaurants, including SMOKED. It is almost a miracle that despite how challenging it has been, we still had a net gain of new businesses last year.
