The Results are In
We heard your voices and the votes are in. City Council’s official hashtag for their vision statement will be #EnvisionColumbia! By definition envision means to imagine or expect that something is a likely or desirable possibility in the future or to picture mentally, especially some future event, future state or future conditions: to envision a bright future.
The Columbia City Council and the City of Columbia would like to thank each and every one of you for your participation as they launch their vision for future. They would also like for you to join in on the conversation as they share information, host events and launch projects as a part of their new City Council Vision in 2017.
Stay tuned as the City counts down to the Mayor’ State of the City Address when he unveils City Council’s Vision Statement on January 31. The State of the City Address will be held at 6 PM at the Darla Moore School of Business (W.W. Hootie Johnson Performance Hall).
