City, County leaders to kick off National Small Business Week

The City of Columbia is teaming up with Richland County, the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) to launch National Small Business Week 2025.
Community members are invited to attend the official announcement to be held on Monday, May 5 at 10:00 a.m. at Bierkeller Brewing Company, located at 600 Canalside Street, Suite 1009.
Speakers will include Columbia Mayor Daniel J. Rickenmann, State Senator Russell Ott (District 26), Richland County Administrator Leonardo Brown, Columbia Chamber President and CEO Carl Blackstone, and SBA District Director Melissa Lindler. The City and County will also present a proclamation in recognition of National Small Business Week.
National Small Business Week highlights the impact of small businesses and honors the work of entrepreneurs across the country.
