Partnership workshop for Realtors

Who: City of Columbia Community Development Department and participating lender partners

What: A partnership workshop to provide realtors with valuable information about our housing loan programs and the offerings available through our partner lenders. Some highlights of the City’s housing loan programs include low and fixed interest rates, low down payment and closing cost assistance.
