The Municipal Election Commission of the City of Columbia announces the general election for the City of Columbia to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. To view the candidate listing visit https://www.columbiasc.gov/elections. To view your voter registration, voting location, or your sample ballot visit www.scvotes.org.
In-person absentee voting ends on Monday, November 4, 2019 at the Richland County Elections & Voter Registration Office at 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia SC. 29204. Voting occurs between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. You must bring your photo identification with you in order to vote in-person absentee.
To vote absentee by mail, return your absentee ballot to the Richland County Elections & Voter Registration Office by 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. You may return the ballot in-person or by mail.
