Public notice is hereby given that the Columbia City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 1737 Main Street, Columbia, South Carolina, to receive public comment on an amendment to the Code of Ordinances for the City of Columbia, Chapter 5, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article VIII, Absentee Landlord Regulation Program.
