City of Columbia to host Capital City Beach Party

WHAT: The City of Columbia is bringing the beach to the city this Saturday for the Capital City Beach Party. Finlay Park is being transformed into a beach for an evening of fun, music from The Episodes (formerly The Drifters), games, a treasure hunt, fireworks and more.

WHERE: Finlay Park, 930 Laurel Street
WHEN: Saturday, July 5 from 4 to 10 p.m. (The Episodes are scheduled to perform at 7 p.m. Fireworks show begins at 10 p.m.)
