City Parks to celebrate Halloween

The City of Columbia Parks and Recreation Department invites the public to celebrate Halloween at one of several family-friendly events scheduled at the City’s parks, including the Spooktacular Halloween Carnival on Monday, Oct. 31 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Finlay Park, 930 Laurel St.

Lorick Park’s Haunted House and Candy Carnival

Admission: One canned good item
A reptile show, House of Horror haunted house, music, refreshments, costume contest and carnival games. Open to all ages.
Friday, Oct. 28
Edisto Park Discovery Center

Candy giveaway and fun! Open to elementary school children and younger.
