City to Host Afterschool Spelling Bee Competition

GREENVILLE, SC – A new addition to the City of Greenville Parks and Recreation Department calendar of events, the Study Buddy Spelling Bee Competition will provide a unique academic opportunity for students.
The competition will include 17 finalists, grades 1 through 5, from the West Greenville, Bobby Pearse, David Hellams and Nicholtown community centers. The top five participants will advance to compete against other Greenville County afterschool programs at Greenville Technical College on Friday, April 20.
