Claire Bray promoted to growth and Development Director for Northwestern Mutual’s Greenville office

The Greenville Northwestern Mutual office announces the promotion of Claire Bray as Growth and Development Director for the firm’s growing Greenville and Spartanburg offices. Bray also serves as the Executive Director of Recruitment, and the recent promotion expands her leadership responsibilities in recruiting financial representatives and mentoring advisors in the Upstate.
A 2007 graduate of Furman University, Bray earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications and later joined Northwestern Mutual’s Greenville office in 2017 as a recruiter. She was selected as GSA Business Report’s 2023 Forty Under 40 honoree and was named NM’s 2022 “Recruiter of the Year” based on her successful development and recruitment of new Northwestern Mutual advisors.

Bray is an active member of United Way of Greenville County’s Young Leaders Society and the Women United Council. She recently served as Chair of the Young Leaders Society Council and actively helps members connect through unique education and networking events.
“Claire is very involved in the Upstate community and often dedicates her time, talent and treasure to support local non-profits,” adds Tripoli. “She leads the office’s annual United Way employee campaign and recently served on the planning committee for the inaugural Women United Summit, which brought together over 500 women in the community.”
