Clara Ruth West and Carson Burgess join Colliers’ marketing team in Spartanburg

Colliers | South Carolina announced Clara Ruth West and Carson Burgess have joined its marketing team in the Spartanburg office, working with the firm’s industrial, retail and general commercial brokerage teams.
As a Marketing Coordinator, West plays a pivotal role in advancing marketing initiatives with a primary focus on property marketing and digital strategies to elevate Colliers’ services to its clients in the Upstate region of South Carolina and beyond. Her responsibilities include crafting best-in-class materials for property marketing initiatives and digital strategies, developing proposals and preparing press releases.
West holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Public Relations and New Media degree from Baylor University and a Master of Management in Professional Leadership degree from Converse University. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked as sports information director for a local college.

As a Marketing Assistant, Burgess assists the marketing team and brokers in the Spartanburg office with office administration tasks, property marketing, vendor management and client hospitality.
Burgess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing degree from Coastal Carolina University. He is engaged in the community through volunteer work at the local soup kitchen and contributes to construction projects for wheelchair ramps.
