Culp Elliott & Carpenter announced that Clark Lacy has been named Senior Counsel with the Firm. Clark has been a valuable member of the Firm’s Corporate & Business Law Group since joining the Firm in 2012. He prides himself on building outstanding client relationships and finding tax-efficient and innovative solutions that preserve and enhance the values of his clients’ businesses.
