Clark to be Sworn in at Next County Council Meeting – September 28th

Laurens County Council will meet for a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 28th. The meeting location is the old historic courthouse on the square in Laurens.  The meeting starts at 5:30.

Following the Call to Order, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance, Shirley Clark will be sworn is as the newest member of County Council representing District 3.  Clark beat the Republican candidate, Scott Tollison in a special election on September 20th.

Anyone wishing to speak during 15 minute public comment time at end of the meeting must sign up before the meeting starts.
