October 24, 2020

The Clinton Red Devils kept flickering playoff hopes alive in defeating Woodruff 33-14 on Friday night at Wilder Stadium homecoming.
The Red Devils fulfilled every expectation when the game was on the line. They made one big play after another.

While Chapman, the reigning state 3A champion, sits alone at the top of Region 3-3, the battle for the region’s second playoff slot is complicated.
Shy Kinard rushed for 150 yards, and the Clinton (2-2, overall and in region play) defense force three turnovers.

Laurens Academy clinched a SCISA home playoff game with a 40-0 decision against Wardlaw. Greer defeated Laurens, 37-21.
