Clinton Engineer Selected as ASCE Upstate Branch President

Joseph Dyches, P.E., owner of Carolina Engineering and Surveying, LLC located in Clinton, has been selected to serve as the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) Upstate Branch President for 2020-2021.

ASCE Upstate serves the Upstate region through education, community outreach, and professional engagement of members. Notable activities of the ASCE Upstate Branch include participation in the national Infrastructure Report Card, hosting the Popsicle Bridge Competition for Upstate area 4th Grade Students, and Professional Development of members.

Founded in 1852, ASCE represents more than 150,000 members of the civil engineering profession in 177 countries and is an authoritative source for codes and standards that protect the public.

Joseph is a licensed Professional Engineer in SC, NC, GA, and KY and Land Surveyor in SC, GA, and KY. He will serve as ASCE Upstate Branch President for a one-year term.
