Clinton Family YMCA 44th Annual Youth /Community Prayer Breakfast – March 7-9

March 6, 2023

Good things are worth doing. Again and again.

The Annual Youth/Community Prayer Breakfast is one such event. Always held in March and now in it’s 44th year, the prayer breakfast hosted by the Clinton Family YMCA will be held Tuesday – Thursday, March 7-9 at 7:00 am at Broad Street United Methodist Church.

Each morning, guests will enjoy breakfast and an inspirational message.

On Tuesday, March 7 PC graduate Elton Pollock and then head coach of the baseball team will address the group.

Wednesday, those attending will hear from Daniel Bryant, a native of South Carolina. Bryant’s love for children is evident in his after school mentoring program where he instills in the students the importance of character and integrity as well as the value of respecting themselves and others.

Closing out the program on Thursday, March 9, David Shelton will speak to the group. His message comes from the heart and will pull at your heart strings.  Shelton has experienced the loss of not one, but two of his sons to drug overdoses. His mission in life now is to speak to youth about the pitfalls of opioid drug use while sharing his true story.
