Clinton Girls Go Out with a Win

A veteran Clinton High girls’ basketball team entered the season with high hopes after winning the Region 3-3A championship a year ago.

Thirteen games were lost to COVID-19. A returning starter missed the entire season due to injury. Monday night’s 46-36 win over Broome ended the season with a 7-6 record, 5-5 in region play. De’Shanti Watts scored 19 points in her final game. She has scored more than 1,000 points as a Red Devil.
