Clinton High School MAGE Club Holds Fundraiser for Laurens County Cancer Association

Clinton High School MAGE Club (Manga Anime Gaming Enthusiast Club) held a fundraiser in support of the Laurens County Cancer Association.
“These students really set an example of what “hope in community” looks like,” said Anna Miller, Director of the Laurens County Cancer Association (LCCA).
The club made a difference by holding a fundraiser that allowed giving students a chance to dress up as their favorite character from any book, comic book, game series, movie, TV, or anime/manga to “Scare Away Cancer.”
Miller was presented with a check for $525 by the group.
“We are grateful to be on the receiving end of such thoughtful, community minded students. Thank you Alexandrea (12th), Megan (11th), and Malaysia (10th) for representing the club and presenting the check.”
