Clinton Public Library to Offer Free Vision Screening

December 27, 2023

The Clinton Public Library, in partnership with Servants For Sight, is offering free vision screenings from 2-5 pm on January 17th.

Based in Greenville, Servants For Sight is a non-profit dedicated to “bringing hope and healing to our communities through preventative and restorative eye care.” The screenings include distance and near vision tests and education on eye health. They will also provide reading glasses where necessary. Patrons who need further in-depth care will be referred for specific eyeglasses, surgery, and/or medical treatment with one of their many eye-care specialists.

Currently physicians include the doctors at Southern Eye Associates, Clemson Eye, Spartanburg Vision, Family Eye Care, Poole Family Eye Care, Francis Eye Center, and Precision Eye.

Registration for the screenings is required. Call the Clinton Library at 864-833-1853, or stop in the library at 107 Jacobs Highway, Clinton, South Carolina.
This program is free and open to the public.
