Coat and Cozies Drive – Helping Those in Need

We may not get much snow in South Carolina but winter temps do dip into the frigidly cold zone. For those really cold days, everyone needs to bundle up with a coat and some cozy gloves and a hat.

For some in our community these items are a luxury they can’t afford. That’s why Tipsy Gypsy in Clinton is hosting a Coat & Cozies Drive.

Donations of new or gently used coats, hats, and gloves for adults and children will be accepted through November 20th at Tipsy Gypsy Consignment Boutique (105 E. Main Street in Clinton).

“Our goal is to collect more than 100 coats and cozies in various sizes,” said Tipsy Gypsy owner, Shelby Bruce. “Clean out your closet and bring us your nearly new but not needed coats, hats or gloves so we can warm the hearts of those in our community who can’t afford these items.”
