Cohesive Coffee hires Eric Addison as manager

Cohesive Coffee announces that Eric Addison has been promoted to the position of full-time manager for the local coffee shop.
Addison has been with the company as a lead barista since its opening in September of 2019. Addison brings his experience in leadership both in front of and behind the bar to Cohesive Coffee to grow the brand as well as manage an ever-growing staff.
“When making the choice of who to put in charge of the café, I was excited to have someone who has been here since Day One and knows our values and culture,” says Josh Williams, founder of Cohesive Coffee. “Eric is going to help us break great new grounds in the Upstate coffee community.”
Additionally, Addison’s experience that will benefit Cohesive Coffee moving forward includes:
- Four years in specialty coffee at both Collective Coffee and Second State Coffee in Charleston, South Carolina.
- Six years of ministry and church leadership working with a wide range of populations in the state of South Carolina.
“I’m very excited for this opportunity to grow my leadership skills while also building the Cohesive Coffee brand here in Greenville as well as the Upstate community,” says Addison. “While 2020 has not been easy for anyone, I believe we are poised for a strong end of the year and an even better 2021.”
