Cohn Construction completed new water association office in Lexington
April 15, 2025Cohn Construction has completed the new office and training facility for WEASC-SCAWWA at 113 Business Park Drive in Lexington.
The 4,000 SF office marks a milestone for the not-for-profit organization as their first permanent office and training facility. The Water Environment Association of South Carolina (WEASC) and the South Carolina Section of the American Water Works Association (SCAWWA), prides itself on educating professionals from all over the state in the water industry and the building is designed to facilitate just that. Featuring a training room equipped to host their entire organization along with virtual meeting capabilities. It will also serve as a hub for monthly events to educate and advocate for South Carolina’s water resources. The three-acre property has been strategically designed to prepare for a future campus expansion.

By working together, our associations are taking a significant step towards meeting our organization’s mission and vision while increasing our ability to serve our members.
