Cohn Construction completes industrial warehouse and office for Long Heating & Air Conditioning

Cohn Construction has completed the development of a 4-acre site and construction of an industrial warehouse and office for Long Heating & Air Conditioning located at 416 Cedarcrest Drive in Lexington, SC.

Long Heating & Air Conditioning’s facility is building designed to support the company’s midlands operations. The development includes a large gravel storage yard, 7,750 SF of warehouse space with a loading dock and grade doors and 2,000 SF of office space. The 6.5-acre site is strategically set up for additional industrial buildings with a shared driveway and detention pond.
