Cohn Construction completes Macie & Milo’s Brew Pup in Lexington

Cohn Construction has completed Macie & Milo’s Brew Pup, a new 4.32-acre venue that combines an off-leash dog park with a sports bar experience.

Designed and built to foster community connection, the project blends indoor and outdoor spaces through features such as a wrap-around covered porch and glass garage doors. The thoughtfully planned site includes two dog parks tailored to different sizes—a 16,035 SF large-dog park and a 1,570 SF small-dog park—both featuring manufactured, environmentally friendly turf. The large-dog area features shaded pavilions and ample outdoor seating. Together, these elements establish Macie and Milo’s Brew Pup as a unique gathering place for both people and their dogs.

“About two years ago we started on a business plan with Cohn Construction,” said Brian Wiley, Owner of Macie & Milo’s Brew Pup. “We wanted to develop a place, somewhere local, where we could benefit all our family and friends who kind of grew up here. And we wanted a place where we could take our dogs and kind of wear them out on a daily basis.”
