Coldwell Banker Caine promotes Ginger Griffith to vice president of BLUE division and developmental partnerships

Promotion reflects continued investment in strategic builder relationships and the Upstate’s growing new home market
Coldwell Banker Caine, a leading real estate company serving Upstate South Carolina for more than 90 years, announced the promotion of Ginger Griffith to vice president of its BLUE division and developmental partnerships.
BLUE, Coldwell Banker Caine’s division specializing in sales and marketing for new homes, residential communities, and real estate developments, has achieved significant success under Griffith’s leadership – closing 1,364 home sales and generating $438 million in sales volume over the last five years. BLUE is an acronym for builder/developer-focused, leadership, understanding, and excellence.
In her new role, Griffith will oversee the full scope of BLUE’s operations while managing strategic relationships with builders and developers across the region. She will focus on enhancing builder services, strengthening sales and marketing strategy, and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Griffith has been with Coldwell Banker Caine since 2018, starting in new home sales before serving as broker operations manager and, most recently, as director of sales and marketing for BLUE.
