Proven luxury real estate leader steps into expanded role to drive sales growth across the Upstate

Coldwell Banker Caine, a leading real estate company serving Upstate South Carolina for more than 90 years, announced the promotion of Lauren Buckland to executive vice president of sales.

In this key leadership role, Buckland is now responsible for brokers across the region and will have a direct influence on the company’s revenue generation.

Buckland steps into this position just over a year after joining Coldwell Banker Caine as vice president of sales and broker-in-charge for the company’s Greenville office—a role she continues to hold. Her decision to join the firm was driven by its collaborative culture, commitment to innovation, and unwavering focus on client experience—all values that align with her leadership philosophy.

With more than 15 years of experience in luxury real estate and new development, Buckland has built a career on developing high-performing teams and elevating the customer journey. Prior to joining Caine, she served as broker-in-charge and director of sales at The Cliffs, where she led sales across seven private luxury communities in the Carolinas and played an instrumental role in positioning the brand as a premier lifestyle destination.
