Coldwell Banker Caine welcomes Corin Hewins as initiatives manager

Coldwell Banker Caine, a leading real estate company serving Upstate South Carolina for more than 90 years, has appointed Corin Hewins as its initiatives manager.

Hewins joins the firm in a newly established role designed to support both the Residential Sales and Property Management divisions by leading programs that enhance agent productivity, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. With a strong background in project and property management, Hewins brings a wealth of experience in managing complex programs and creating scalable solutions. She will also oversee the relaunch of Coldwell Banker Caine’s Concierge Program—a strategic initiative designed to streamline real estate transactions and elevate client service.
