Kelley Glenn, CCIM & Brent Case, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International, Inc. represented the seller, JEM Restaurants, in the sale of a 2,500 SF restaurant located at 1759 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC for $600,000.00.

Marlena Franklin, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International, Inc. represented the landlord, PAW 1, LLC, in the lease execution of a 1,680 SF industrial space located at 3525 Iron Horse Rd.
