Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International Welcomes New Agents

CHARLESTON, SC – Two new agents have joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International:

Carolyn Rogerson has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International in the role of Broker Associate.  She has been a  Realtor with CTAR in Commercial Real Estate for 25 years and owned her own company, Coastal Commercial Realty, for 12 years.   Her focus has been on General Commercial, Investment & Industrial Properties.  She was instrumental in placing many international and national clients in Eastport Commerce Park and has focused her education on those areas using the CCIM programs.
 
Kip Bowman has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International in the role of Broker Associate.  He has been instrumental in the planning and development of the Greater Charleston area since 2004 with a total of eleven years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial land development.  His other specialties include: retail property acquisition, leasing and sales; build-to-suit; and investment portfolio management. Kip has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and is a retired pilot from the United States Air Force. He served four years as a Planning & Zoning Commissioner for Charleston County and continues to be involved in master planning for the region.
