Coldwell Banker Caine is the first full-market to roll out rebrand, celebrates with home giveaway

Coldwell Banker Caine announced they were selected by the corporate Coldwell Banker organization to be the first full-market to implement the recently announced global rebrand. This rollout will take place across the Upstate in all Caine Greenville and Spartanburg offices.

In March 2019, Coldwell Banker set upon a path to retell its brand story by solidifying its mission statement and recommitting to its core values. The new logo, called the “CB North Star,” symbolizes the Coldwell Banker network: in an ever-changing real estate landscape, agents remain a constant, guiding consumers as they navigate the home buying and selling process.

The decision to have the Upstate be the first company-wide, full-market rollout of the “CB North Star” rebrand was in direct response to Coldwell Banker Caine serving as a cohesive, well-performing, and innovative multi-office market on a national and global scale.

In honor of the rebrand and the 86 years Coldwell Banker Caine has been helping the Upstate find their way home, the organization is excited to announce the Home in One giveaway—where one lucky winner has a chance to take home the keys to a home in one of several different Upstate neighborhoods. A select number of lucky participants will be invited to take part in a shoot-out event on November 23 at Topgolf Greenville.

Invitations to participate will be limited and given to local Upstate heroes including firefighters, teachers, nurses, and police officers. The general public will have a chance to win a custom Coldwell Banker Caine golf ball, used as their entry into the shoot-out, during a month-long scavenger hunt throughout the Upstate.
