Collier International brokers sale of freestanding building in Forest Acres

Colliers International was pleased to assist in the purchase and sale of a building just off Forest Drive at Sunnyside Drive from DCS Holdings, LLC to the law firm of Deyaska Spencer.

1556 Sunnyside Drive was previously occupied for over twelve years by a local salon and apothecary, and the location is proximate to Forest Drive retail and office users, Middleburg medical and professional services, and Columbia’s Central Business District (CBD).
