Colliers announces Real Estate Management Services team hires in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced three new hires for its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division in Columbia.
Kerstin Mink has joined the company as Property Manager for the Synergy Business Park, one of the most highly regarded office parks in the Columbia area. The park, located at I-20 and Bush River Road, consists of seven office buildings totaling ±496,000 square feet. Mink manages an on-site team of building engineers and support personnel. She has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry working in finance and property management. She graduated from Kaplan University with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting degree.
Jonah Burriss is a Property Management Coordinator, assisting REMS property managers in the operation and maintenance of the company’s extensive portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. Burriss is a recent graduate of The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Cathy Ferrell is a Property Administrator who provides administrative support for property managers and REMS leadership in the day-to-day REMS operations. In addition, she plays a key role in tenant engagement and communications for the firm’s growing portfolio. Ferrell has 35 years of experience in administrative roles within the medical, pharmaceutical, nonprofit, emergency management and insurance fields. She joined Colliers in 2022 as a receptionist/administrative assistant before transitioning to the REMS division.
