Colliers announces the promotion of Gina Toney and Jordan White

Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotion Gina Toney and Jordan White in the Real Estate Management Services division (REMS) of the firm.

As Assistant Director of Real Estate Management Services, Toney will lead and mentor a team of commercial property management professionals in Columbia while driving business development efforts and pursuing new management assignments. Since joining Colliers in 2024, she has overseen diverse property portfolios and played a role in leading operational and strategic growth initiatives.

His experience provides exceptional service by cultivating positive relationships with tenants and property owners while implementing strategies that enhance property value and operational efficiency, allowing tenants to focus on their businesses with confidence.
